Getting back together safely – Information for parents
We’re following guidance from The Scout Association, the National Youth Agency and the UK government to make sure that we operate safely during the coronavirus pandemic. Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will operate according to a framework and guidance based on the latest government announcements and current readiness levels. This guidance may change frequently.
It’s important that parents and carers read this to understand how we will be running Beavers, Cubs and Scouts over the coming weeks.

After identifying a significant need within the community we set up to provide a Scouting provision for the Muslim Community enabling more young people to join Scouts that may not have otherwise taken the opportunity.
Scouting was 100 years old in 2007. Founded in 1907 by Lord Robert Baden Powell, scouting has grown to become a recognised movement worldwide. October 2019 marks another big milestone for 30th Walthamstow Al-Fath Scout Group as it launched successfully.
We will be running several exciting camps at a range of campsites in England. These provide our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Young Leaders, Adult Leaders and helpers with an opportunity to enjoy every minute of their time in the group.
